SVS PinnacleS. S. Chakravarthy brings 38 years of overall industrial experience, 26 of them specialized in Quality Management Systems.
He began his career as an operator and progressed, through continuous learning and practical industrial exposure, to Chief Principal Consultant (Global) — a route that has given him unusually direct insight into every level of an organization he is asked to improve. His career includes work with a major international group in corporate management, alongside broad exposure across industrial and management functions.
He has completed 175 Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects, applying structured problem-solving and data-driven methods to produce measurable organizational results. His work spans statistical and inferential analysis, Minitab, SPC, trend analysis, ISO QMS and EMS, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Circles and cost leadership.
Alongside consulting he is active in Training of Trainers (TOT), Management Development Programmes, Skill Development Programmes and organizational capability development. His position is that quality is not a system or a certificate but a culture, created by people and sustained through disciplined process and continuous improvement.
